„Персонал был дружелюбным и вежливым. Номер был достаточно просторным, уборка проводилась регулярно. · Отель совершенно не соответствовал моим ожиданиям и фотографиям на Booking. Номер и общие пространства выглядят устаревшими, мебель потёртая. В первом номере были пятна на полу, неприятный запах, а из окна открывался вид на строительные работы. Отдельное разочарование — питание. Я вегетарианка, и выбор подходящей еды был крайне ограниченным. Большая часть блюд была очень жирной и масляной, качество завтраков, кофе, обедов и ужинов оставляло желать лучшего. В результате я практически не пользовалась преимуществами all inclusive, за который заплатила. Пляж также разочаровал: в районе пляжа ощущался сильный запах канализации, из-за которого находиться там было неприятно. В целом отель производит впечатление массового и довольно устаревшего all-inclusive курорта и, на мой взгляд, совершенно не соответствует своей цене. За такую стоимость я ожидала значительно более высокого качества номера, еды и общего уровня отдыха.“

„The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The location is also very convenient, and the hotel has its own private beach, which is a nice advantage. · First of all, the hotel is really old and definitely needs renovation. The mattresses in our first room were dirty, and the room also had an unpleasant smell, the kind of smell you get in a very old room. As this was a family trip and our child goes to sleep quite early, we asked to change rooms. Our first room was facing the swimming pool, where they have music and entertainment every evening from around 21:00 until 23:00. We were moved to a room on the opposite side, but unfortunately, it didn’t help much because that side faces a very busy and noisy road. On the second day of our stay, my husband and son both got poisoned or rotavirus. I had skipped dinner that evening and was the only one who didn’t get sick. Unfortunately, our family was not the only one experiencing this during our stay. The beach was also disappointing. The water near the entrance wasn’t very clean. I guess it is because the hotel is located towards the end of the beach, so a lot of seaweed and other debris gathers around the entrance to the water. Overall, it might be an okay place to stay for a couple of days if your main goal is to explore the city and you want a convenient location. However, based on our experience, it definitely did not feel like a 4-star hotel.“
