„The location, the parking. The breakfasts were perfect, the dinner too. · Appalling apartment, no bath towels, no toilet paper in the toilet, no curtain above the bathtub, no bath mat. The dishes were terrible. In the 2 bedrooms, the sliding doors of the wardrobes no longer slide and the broom is missing under the beds. The color of the sheets did not make you want to go to bed. At the reception, people were unable to give us towels. We only got them the next day and the color of the towels did not make you want to use them.
