„My room was full of humidity to the point that the floor became slippery when walking, which is annoying and could be dangerous. The rooms are also very narrow and make you feel depressed, not providing the comfort expected by the guest. The breakfast was very limited, especially for Muslims, with very few suitable options. The worst part of the experience was during check-out, as the staff tries to impose additional charges on the guest without any justification, looking for any reason to charge extra fees upon departure. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior changes completely at check-out; the smiles and warm welcome seen upon arrival disappear, replaced by a provocative and unprofessional attitude. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I do not recommend staying at this hotel.“
