„We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. The sea is in a beautiful bay with a very gentle entrance to the water, which makes swimming very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, we were given a free room upgrade and were even offered to choose the floor we preferred, which was a very nice gesture. The food was amazing, very tasty and with a big variety. Everything was beautifully served. The service in the restaurant was very fast and almost invisible; the waiters worked very professionally. There were different kinds of meat, and at breakfast a chef cooks eggs exactly the way you like them. Honestly, it is hard to imagine what else could be added to the menu, there was already so much choice. Our room was clean, with a balcony and a pool view. From most rooms in the buildings facing the pool you can also see the sea, which is very nice. There is also a beach bag and beach towels in the room, which is very convenient for going to the beach. Wi-Fi works well throughout the entire hotel area, including the beach. This is not our first time staying at a hotel from this chain, and compared to other hotels we visited in Hurghada before, this is definitely one of the best. · The only small downside, and the reason why we did not give a 10, was that the plumbing in the room felt a bit outdated and the door lock sometimes got stuck. However, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so it is very possible that the building we stayed in will be renovated soon and this issue will disappear.“
