„This was our second visit to property.The staff is excellent starting from entrance Secuirty ,valet ,front office ,housekeeping ,culinary and F&b team.This time we stayed for 10 nights and all staffs made up feel like home .Breakfast team make us feel comfortable, delicious food made by chefs , our rooms were kept clean at all times without us asking all the preferences were taken care of ..thank you Aditya from HK as most of the time he was taking care of us , F&B service team especially our in room dinning Preeti, Ashish and other colleagues .Fo team was always ready to help for anything.Sorry if I was missed anyone names .Overall it was lovely stay. · Product wise I felt the bed mattress was not comfortable.“

„The food was good, and the staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping. · The people who handled the booking had promised an airport pickup for me, but upon arrival at Mumbai airport, there were no arrangements made for me. Upon calling reception, they didn't have any information about my booking. It was sorted out eventually, but it wasn't smooth. Upon arrival at the hotel reception, they didn't know who spoke to me on the phone.:)“
