7,0„The hotel on the outside and its pool, although I did not use it, was beautiful, along with the bar. I actually chose it because of its proximity to the airport. And because of my flight schedule and being tired and fed up with the long flight. The reception and check-in were very good, the check-out very attentive. · I got a room that I think was not properly cleaned, when I unfolded the bed it looked like they didn't change the sheets. I actually slept feeling uneasy and covered myself with the duvet and put a towel underneath. I didn't go down because I was tired and didn't want to complain. IN THE RESTAURANT I REQUEST ROOM SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED US 15% MORE FOR THE SERVICE INSTEAD OF LETTING US TIP AS IN THE REST OF THE WORLD. I ASKED FOR IT TO BE BROUGHT TO MY ROOM, AGAIN, TIRED FROM THE FLIGHT, I TIPPED THE WAITER AND HE DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO TAKE THE TRAY TO THE ELEVATOR. WHAT LITTLE TRAINING AND EDUCATION THEY GIVE TO THE WAITERS. In the end, I was disappointed with Cancun. And with your hotel, it's a HILTON. I didn't even think about taking a photo, anyway, the room always remains dimly lit. And the next day, it never occurred to me to open the curtain. In the end.“

7,0„Of course, we booked this hotel because of an early flight. So the location is perfect, next to the airport. The hotel room was nice and the bed was comfortable. · We didn't like the fact that the swimming pool was dirty and also our bathroom.“
