Hotel Estheréa

„İkramları güzeldi · Resepsiyon görevlisi bir kız yüzünden tatilimizi erkene çektik rezervasyonumuz bulunduğu halde yok dedi ve uçak biletini bir gün önceye aldık çıkış yaparken rezervasyonumuzun bulunduğunu söylediler şok olduk orada bulunan Türk bir kız bize yok yardım etti çok teşekkür ederiz“

„Beautiful decor in room, lobby was a lovely place to spend time, location was perfect · The room was very small and dark. All windows looked into other rooms so you could not even open the curtains. Housekeeping based their cart outside of our room every morning which was loud. Bathroom was tiny and very, very dated and not even close to the photos posted on their website. The front desk staff were not very helpful and accommodating when we politely asked several times to see if another room was available. Their response was in the tone of "you get what you paid for". Finally we gave us asking.“

„The communal areas were beautiful · My room no bath the room was booked as two single beds but there was no room to split the beds. It had a double shower a separate toilet but no bath. I got a canal view but this was marred by Barge repair activities and one barge that was a cruise emptying glasses chinking alcohol bottles late in the evening“

„I love this hotel, it is a feast for the eyes.“
