9,0„Very comfortable room with balcony and privileged view. Room service always very attentive and helpful. · The service at breakfast was poor and they did not understand our orders. I usually drink tea at the beginning and the person with me liked tea at the end, even asking to have a break between one tea and another, they kept bringing them together, until the last day, bringing both at the beginning or both at the end. I also asked for a ham and cheese toast and they brought a huge bread with a slice that looked like a piece of paper of cheese and ham. It was quite unpleasant compared to other breakfast services I have had, for example, at Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro. Suggestion: include in your menu the Croque-monsieur served at Copacabana Palace, it will be a great success! Call and ask for the recipe, make this dish a standard in the Belmond chain and it will be successful worldwide.“
