Spark by Hilton Vienna Messe Prater

„The location and friendliness of the staff · the absence of a restaurant“

„The room was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the staff at check-in was friendly, the breakfast buffet was good and attractively presented, the hotel's location was okay, close to Prater and the subway · Unfortunately, the window could only be tilted and not opened wide, the door to the French balcony could not be opened at all, so that there was not enough ventilation. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, similar to a public urinal. The smell unfortunately entered the room, as the bathroom could only be closed with a sliding door that had a gap of more than 1 cm all around. There was no place to store clothes in the room, no closet, shelf, or anything similar, only a rod with some hangers and hooks. The view from the window was towards a brightly lit parking garage at night, no holiday feeling. For the price, I would have expected something else!! Maybe okay for trade fair visitors staying only one night....“

„Sehr freundliches Personal. In der Nähe des Ernst-Happel-Stadions was für mich für die Buchung ausschlaggebend war.“

„We stayed with breakfast included, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. The restaurant staff were very helpful, professional, and well-organized. The hotel is in a great location, and there are plenty of covered parking options nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.“
