„The property is beautiful and well maintained! Everyone from the receptionists to the managers were incredibly helpful and kind! This is a hotel that takes guest services seriously! The food is excellent at the hotel and the facilities are well maintained and super clean! They have waiters that come around while you’re poolside or beachside to ask you if you’d like anything to eat or drink! Room service ensured the room was always clean and that we always had towels and water! Their services are unbelievably awesome! Mr. Amr in reception, Mr. Mina the general manager, Mr. Ashraf Moh another manager were incredibly welcoming and professional! My son had a medical emergency and they did EVERYTHING they could to make our time easier while we cared for him. There wasn’t a day that passed by that they didn’t call the room to ask about him, offer to make food that he can eat post surgery or check on my family. · N/A“
