Principle

tripbot provides a digital information and comparison platform. Use of the platform is subject to the terms displayed on each offer and booking page. Payment processing for hotel and flight bookings is handled exclusively by LiteAPI Travel as Merchant of Record. tripbot does not collect or process payment data for travel services.

Bookings & Third-Party Providers

Contractual terms for bookings and third-party services are governed by the conditions of the respective providers (e.g. airline, OTA, hotel) as displayed at the time of booking. Payment processing and the Merchant of Record role for hotel and flight bookings is handled exclusively by LiteAPI Travel. tripbot is a search assistant and is neither a payment processor nor Merchant of Record for travel services. Cancellation and refund entitlements are governed solely by the terms of the respective provider or LiteAPI Travel.
