„The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and all necessary services. The room and common areas were impeccably clean throughout our stay. Although the hotel is a bit older and its facilities are not the most modern, it is well-maintained and, considering its price, offers a very good value for money. The highlight was definitely the staff's service. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. We would like to give a special mention to Angel, for his closeness, professionalism, and excellent attention. We also want to thank the management for moving us to a room with a sea view after reading the letter we sent. It was a gesture that we greatly appreciated and that left us with a very positive impression at the end of our stay. · We had an issue with the shower in our room that took longer than expected to resolve. We believe that this kind of incidents should be addressed more promptly. Fortunately, the management took our complaint into account and offered us a satisfactory solution, so we appreciate their willingness to resolve the inconvenience.“
