2,0„The staff was friendly and polite. The room was spacious enough, and cleaning was done regularly. · The hotel completely did not meet my expectations and the photos on Booking. The room and common areas look outdated, the furniture is worn. The first room had stains on the floor, an unpleasant smell, and a view of construction work from the window. Separate disappointment — the food. I am a vegetarian, and the choice of suitable food was extremely limited. Most dishes were very greasy and oily, the quality of breakfasts, coffee, lunches, and dinners left much to be desired. As a result, I hardly used the benefits of all-inclusive, for which I paid. The beach was also disappointing: there was a strong sewage smell in the beach area, which made it unpleasant to stay there. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of a mass and quite outdated all-inclusive resort and, in my opinion, completely does not correspond to its price. For such a cost, I expected a much higher quality of room, food, and overall level of stay.“

6,0„The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided daily. The location is also very convenient, and the hotel has its own private beach, which is a nice advantage. · First of all, the hotel is really old and definitely needs renovation. The mattresses in our first room were dirty, and the room also had an unpleasant smell, the kind of smell you get in a very old room. As this was a family trip and our child goes to sleep quite early, we asked to change rooms. Our first room was facing the swimming pool, where they have music and entertainment every evening from around 21:00 until 23:00. We were moved to a room on the opposite side, but unfortunately, it didn’t help much because that side faces a very busy and noisy road. On the second day of our stay, my husband and son both got poisoned or rotavirus. I had skipped dinner that evening and was the only one who didn’t get sick. Unfortunately, our family was not the only one experiencing this during our stay. The beach was also disappointing. The water near the entrance wasn’t very clean. I guess it is because the hotel is located towards the end of the beach, so a lot of seaweed and other debris gathers around the entrance to the water. Overall, it might be an okay place to stay for a couple of days if your main goal is to explore the city and you want a convenient location. However, based on our experience, it definitely did not feel like a 4-star hotel.“
