„I visited Old Phuket Hotel in 2017 and was disappointed to see a decline in service and quality during my recent stay in 2025. This has always been my favourite hotel, so it saddens me to share these concerns: My room was full of mosquitoes upon check-in, it's not surprising but all the doors of the room were all opened on check-in. NOT HALAL FRIENDLY - Despite requesting vegetarian scrambled eggs. I was served non-vegetarian on both January 7th and 8th, wasting a lot of food. We were given only one key card for the room, which was inconvenient for me and my husband. The blanket in the room was too warm for the hot weather and sparked when removing the cover. I already shared this feedback with the hotel during my stay but unfortunately they had other priorities. I hope the hotel can address these issues and improve its quality and service as it has been my favourite and go-to hotel in Phuket.“
