8,0„Location super central nice reception great connections with bus and metro. No issues with elevator, etc. Breakfast had a very good selection - something for everyone. Slippers for the room available upon request (Hard floor without carpet) · - long waiting times for the elevator, as it stops frequently - many floors. - gluten-free "bread" and "rolls" were simply Schär products. I have received much better and fresher products in other hotels. - Ambience in the breakfast room on the ground floor is significantly nicer than on the 1st floor (old-fashioned). - Rooftop terrace not free of charge, even for overnight guests - I would have expected that as a guest, at least enjoying the view should be free of charge. - At night, the front door is closed, meaning I always had to walk around to the back entrance in the evenings, somewhat annoying. - Button on the mirror for cleaning did not work once. It lit up green but was not cleaned. It only worked the next day. - An overnight guest visit had to be paid for separately - there are other hotels where you can bring someone for a night free of charge for a longer stay. - The "bathroom" was less of a bathroom and more of an open washbasin directly in the bedroom. In addition, a mini-glass cubicle for the toilet and one for the shower. Nothing for larger people.“
