„Very attractive property with lots of greenery. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The rooms seemed very sound proofed. The hotel restaurant and bars were excellent. · Nothing in way of shops or restaurants in the vicinity. Central Station is about a 30-minute walk.“

„Everything was good, staff went over and above. The welcome gift was appreciated. Food there is good and reasonable for Amsterdam prices. Breakfast was a very good selection of cooked food and pastries. · The light in the toilet coming on automatically when the door was opened, getting up at 3 am to use the facilities meant it was not a pleasant thing!“

„The champagne bar on level 8 was nice · The room I booked did not mirror the room they gave me. I was paying €500 per night for a standard room with a single bed, they refused to do anything about it. It’s far away from everything, no shops close and they don’t even give a complimentary bottle of water let alone a mini bar to buy from. The restaurant was by far the worst I’ve had in a long time. Despite telling them I’m allergic to mushrooms they brought me salmon with slices of mushroom on it. The staff were rude when I said I couldn’t eat it, begrudgingly they re-made and returned me raw salmon. I actually hated it so bad here I only stayed 1 night instead of 3.“
