Actually had to spend one night in Mumbai for the next day early morning VISA interview. Wanted a hotel nearby to avoid Mumbai's frequent heavy rain but could not find a decent one, so settled on Kohinoor which was the best available at the best price. We checked quite late after 9 at night but smooth and pleasant check-in with the person manning reception. Surprisingly, the same smiling and helpful person at the counter at check out the next day afternoon. The room is decent, well-maintained, presentable, especially the bathroom with needed toiletries. The shower area is not a bathtub or slippery, but a wooden mat was there to support. Similarly, in the room, another bed or rest place made out of a long window area. Tried room service food and breakfast as well. Tasty and complete satisfaction.“
