Iberostar Waves Founty Beach All Inclusive

„Ras · The gym needs to be reviewed: lack of hygiene, old equipment. The football field with a torn metal fence poses a risk to children.“

„Very convenient with children. Easy beach access. Very kind reception staff. No taxi to pick us up from another hotel, really ridiculous. Buffet with a variety of dishes, some qualitative and others less so. Moroccan tea in the morning is not enough for the number of people. · Too much noise from evening pool activities makes it impossible to sleep or put children to sleep - half-naked dancers next to the kids' club. Very few activities at the kids' club, almost none. The reheated msamen smelled of oil - and some security guards were very rude to us, Moroccan clients. I almost drowned with my daughter in the pool and the lifeguards did not come to help us. A client, thanks to him, took my daughter out of the water. They didn't even ask us how we were doing. Unfortunately, I will not return to this hotel because of the quality, value for money, and especially because of a staff that is colonized in their minds.“

„Five stars for the staff. · Price and plumbing issues.“

„Overall, our stay went well and we appreciated the welcome and services offered by the hotel. I would like to particularly thank Mrs. Khadija, the chambermaid, for her excellent service. The room was always very well cleaned each time she came by, and she was very helpful and caring. A big thank you also to Mrs. Fatouma in the catering service for her responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism. Special mention also to the young Yusuf, animator, for his energy and good mood. He really helped make the stay enjoyable. · Regarding the negative points, the food could be improved. Some dishes disappointed us, especially the fish pastilla. Dishes containing squid were also often too rubbery. At breakfast, we also noticed that the tea was often cold when we arrived a little later, which needs improvement. Finally, we sometimes felt that some animators paid more attention to foreign clients than to Moroccan clients. This is a point that deserves consideration, as all clients should receive the same level of attention and service, regardless of their nationality.“
