„Close to the airport, airplane noise was almost not bothersome, visually clean pool, but we didn't use it. The guys at the reception are responsive. · Very old room, everything is almost falling apart. Very dirty, walked in shoes in the room, even though I asked twice to check the cleanliness and was promised that everything would be clean. The faucet in the bathroom didn't even close and was noisy, had to tie it with a shower cap. Paid transfer to the airport, 200 baht. 5 minutes ride. In all other nearby hotels, the transfer is free at the same room rate. Overall, I recommend considering other options“

„Room size was great and the location was fantastic for a short stay after flying late into Phuket. Plenty of room for luggage and space for kids. Kids loved the pool- clean and family friendly. · Booking details did not match what room we were actually given. I triple checked my booking outline to verify what the room facilities were. I definitely booked 2x double bed AND bunk beds (2 single beds). The room we were given had 1 double bed and the bunks which were too unsafe to use. Unfortunately, the description did not match our given room. I’ve been burned by this in the past so I was extra diligent in checking that the photos matched the written description. Despite this, however, booking.com fails to deliver yet again. The children’s bunk beds look great but as a mother I did not let my young children sleep in them- no safety rails and climbing in and out was far too dangerous.“
