8,0„Well-located hotel in Sao Martinho, which is a neighborhood on the outskirts of Funchal. Very lively with multiple dining options. The staff is very friendly. They offer free parking, which is almost essential, as the area has controlled parking and it is not easy to find a spot for the car. It has an entertainment program with live music every night. Spacious and clean rooms as well as well air-conditioned. · The buffet could be improved, especially when you have the expectation of a five-star. Sometimes the food was not optimal. We opted for the breakfast-dinner regime, and some dinners were not up to the standards expected in a hotel of this category. Sunbeds at the pool are blocked with towels, making it impossible to use them.“
