10,0„Unfortunately, practically nothing except for the clean and cool sea · The only time I have to write a negative review about a hotel in Turkey. Moving from Fethiye to Marmaris to the Orka Lotus Beach hotel. Very dirty and old hotel, it was necessary to carefully read all the reviews before booking. Unfriendly and inhospitable staff, perhaps only the security guards were friendly. The hotel is very old, the room stock is in a terrible condition. The pool and the area are not well maintained, many chickens walk around the area - I don't understand how this correlates with a 5-star level. You eat and shoo away chickens with your feet(((. The food in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. A separate disaster - the lack of supervision on the slides. Children slide down with 3-4 people, fly into the pool where there are already other visitors. Maybe kids like it, but God forbid until the first accident happens. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE“

2,0„Only the nature was beautiful · We stayed at Orka Lotus Beach and unfortunately, we were greatly disappointed. Although the location and the sea of the hotel were nice, the service quality was well below our expectations. The meals were insufficient in terms of both variety and taste, many products were constantly the same. There were serious shortcomings in terms of cleanliness. The common areas and the restaurant were not hygienic enough. The staff was indifferent and preferred to evade rather than find solutions in many matters. The rooms we purchased were not provided. A tiny room was given to 4 people. We believe that we did not get our money's worth. Apart from its beautiful nature, very few things satisfied us. We do not consider choosing it again and recommend those who will make a reservation to carefully examine the current reviews.“
