The hotel was run down, even saw a rat enter the lobby. Biggest disappointment was staff though. Not sure what happened to that well know Thai hospitality in this hotel. They seemed not to want to be there. From cleaning lady, to the lobby waitresses that made my coffee each morning - just seemed like a burden to them. The two hotel restaurants were ridiculous…. Breakfast was the same every morning, I knew what was in each pot even before opening it - so predictable, so boring. One evening they had Italian buffet. The food looked and tasted as store bought - never visited it again!“

„Breakfast was amazing. Dishes were replenished before items ran out. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Cleaning staff were friendly and discreet. Pool staff were friendly and attentive, and remembered our orders. Restaurant staff were delightful. Gardens and pools were gorgeous. · While the property was clean, the showers had some mould and there was a smell from the drains.“
