„The room and the bathroom · The breakfast room is dark, no lighting, full of noisy people, like a cafeteria! The elevator with cards that don't work even though they were just given to you! The restaurants by the pool. Waiting in line at the reception“

„In general, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the view from the balcony overlooking the sea and pool was fantastic. Breakfast offers everything one could desire, the gym is well-equipped, and the machines are maintained. We did not use the spa. The pool is very nice. · However, the hotel has noticeably lost some of the splendor of a 5-star hotel, especially in terms of quality/service with the staff in the hotel and spa/massages (not in terms of friendliness!). This has a negative impact on expectations and the question of value for money. The restaurants all have significantly lower ratings than those just outside the hotel.“
