Obviously they know they have that issue because they gave me a list of 4 log ins. Then bathroom fixtures are falling apart? My God, take some time and fix things before putting in the next guest. It will look worse. The constant leaking bidet handle? The pool is a failed advertising. It is not a swimming pool. It looks like an outside jacuzzi with the features of a jacuzzi really. Nobody uses it because… Overall, the convenient is good but the hotel needs to invest into upgrades otherwise it will continue getting 3 stars with comments like mine“
