The photos of the facility are not accurate, they are partially renovated so the lobby and pool were new but the room was horrible, bathroom was tiny, barely any space for 1 person, terrible lighting, not even the water heater worked si we showered with cold water, no conditioner, no USB charger. We checked out early and went to a better hotel, from the first day I spoke to staff yo confirm the early check out and they strai out refused to refund regardless of the huge disappointment. They were polite but unhelpful.“
