„Unfortunately, there was almost nothing positive to mention. The location was reasonable, but it doesn't make up for the other issues · We were very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. We stayed for 7 nights, and the experience was far from what is expected from a 5-star hotel. The cleanliness level was low throughout the stay. For 2 out of 7 days, our room was not cleaned at all, despite expecting basic service. The room service was disappointing, and the towels were not replaced regularly even after we requested. Additionally, we booked 3 rooms - one for us and 2 for the children, and unfortunately, all three rooms had the same low level of service, indicating a general issue with the hotel. One night, the air conditioning also broke down, and we had to spend a whole night without cooling, which greatly affected the stay experience. The breakfast was also very poor, with a limited and simple selection, definitely not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. In summary, in our opinion, the hotel is not worthy of a 5-star rating. If we had to rate it ourselves, we would not give it more than 3 stars. It was a very big disappointment, and unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel nor recommend it. A short sentence summarizing your stay: A very big disappointment.
