„A hotel once in a lifetime!! Half board required.. A chef's restaurant and a karate on the hotel's roof at sunset. Breakfast and dinner at the highest level, moved to a room with a private pool, a ten-minute walk to the port.. Adjacent beach. Ultra premium hotel! · Nothing. It was perfect!“

„The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and polite. The hotel is in an excellent location with no parking issues and accessibility. · Our stay included half board. On the first evening we arrived, we were told that there was no place in the hotel's restaurants for the next three days and that we were allowed to eat in the main dining room. The food in the main dining room changed every evening to a different concept. The food was not to our taste and one evening we ate outside the hotel. It was quite disappointing. On the last evening, we had a reservation at the Asian restaurant which was very good. So we realized how much we missed out on and mostly the meals in the hotel's restaurants. Additionally, when we arrived, the first room we received had a smell of mold and the sea view was obscured by a fish covered in algae. We asked to change rooms and only after an hour and dissatisfaction with the treatment, we were given a room that was fine. The next day when we returned to the hotel after noon, we were startled and told that we needed to leave the room because there was a leak to the neighbors below us. Instead of relaxing around the pool, we found ourselves packing and moving to another room. In short, we were at the hotel for 4 nights and changed rooms 3 times.“
