10,0„I had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say that everything exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was impressed by the outstanding level of service, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, and overall hospitality. What truly made my stay special was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They always went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect and that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and positive attitude made me feel more like a valued guest than just a customer. The entire team deserves a huge thank you for their hard work and dedication. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do, and their excellent service makes a real difference. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our time there. A special thank you to Mr. Nasser from Guest Relations. From the first day, he welcomed us so warmly and was always checking on us and making sure everything was going well. He really took care of us throughout the whole stay until our last day, and we truly appreciated his kindness and effort. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Abdelaziz for everything he did for us during our stay. He was always helpful, kind, and did his best to make our days even better.
